ELF Generator:  An experimental  psychic amplification device that broadcasts a pulsating magnetic field (with Radionic carrier frequency) in the same range as living human brainwaves! Why an ELF Generator? 

BACKGROUND...
In the 1970s, the newly reported phenomena called:  "beaming".  Ever since the 1970s when the Russian "Woodpecker" signal was first reported, there has been an interest in  electronic mind signal generation...
